About Mikaela Black

Mikaela Black holds a Bachelor of Design Studies and a Master of Architecture, with over a decade of industry experience across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Her work spans from the heritage precincts of Rome, to the vibrant streets of South-East Asia, to the familiar neighbourhoods of Sydney’s Inner West, with built projects that reflect both local insight and an international perspective. Mikaela brings her experience to each project with a focus on clarity, context and creativity. She is skilled at balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail, and designs with consideration to how a space will feel, function, and stand the test of time.
